Wellness Programs The department of HPER wants students to establish healthy lifetime habits that will sustain them in whatever community they find themselves. To accomplish this we offer Heal 111: Stress Management for Health and Wellness and Health 123: Health and Wellness. These two liberal studies courses are designed to help students increase their knowledge of their current health status and understand the role of personal responsibility in maintaining health.
